14+2+1-phase power design compatible with Duet Rail Power
Release and maintain maximum performance with aggressive VRM design built from a digital processor power system. Combining 8 + 8 pin power connectors and exclusive Core Boost technology, the MSI X670E GAMING PLUS WIFI homeboard is ready to withstand heavy loads in games.
Advanced Cooling
Magnified radiator: The radiator increases the surface of the heat scattering, making even the most modern processors work at full speed.
M.2 Shield Frostr: Provides security for M.2 SSDs, preventing bandwidth reduction, making them work faster.
Heavy VRM radiator: The VRM radiator covers the upper part of the MOS and helps to disperse heat.
Thermal pad 7 W/mK: The high quality MOSFET 7 W/mK thermal pads and additional choke thermal pads ensure high performance of all cores.
Full fan control
The MSI headboards, using a simplified graphical interface, allow you to manage the rotary speeds for all system fans and fans responsible for cooling the processor. You can manage CPU temperature and inside the enclosure from BIOS or software level. Moreover, it is also possible to set up to 4 target temperatures to which the system will automatically adjust the fan speeds.
Optimization for water cooling
The main plate was designed to work with the most popular All-in-One water cooling systems and custom liquid cooling systems available on the market. Dedicated to interacting with water pumps, the PIN connector supports up to 3 amps of current consumption, which gives full control of the water pump speed. The clearly marked “keep-out-zone” zone allows for an easy and safe cooling installation and perfect fit of the equipment.
Lightning Gen 5 PCI-E and Steel Armor Connectors
Doubled compared to the previous generation, the x16 interface bandwidth allows you to reach a data transfer rate of 128 GB/s. Advanced SMT technology (Surface Mount Technology) for PCI slot assembly reduces electrical interference and noise, allowing full support of PCI-E 5.0 signal. The main plate was secured with additional soldering points. Now, no problem, you can put heavy and large graphics cards in its PCI slots[...]
